Words from Current Students
"I did her season one workshop and learned so much. It was so exciting to buy new paint colors. Her extra videos are awesome. So much to learn. If you want to paint from home, this is a great way to paint at your own pace."
Abigail Newton Huffman"I have enjoyed Chris’s unlocking color secrets 1 so much I am excited about two! I can’t wait. I have learned a lot from Chris Brandley art and when I have to stop painting for a while because of sickness or knee replacement I can’t wait to get back to the easel. I love all the colors choices she uses. They are all so beautiful and her instruction is spot on. Plus she has bonus items also that is challenging for me but I am learning the more I do. Thank you Chris for your instruction in your classes and how everything just seems to make sense. Plus the question and answer session I look forward to."Pam Vaughan"So… I’m about 7 minutes into the first video lesson for this month (Unlocking Color Secrets) and I had to hit pause because my mind is blown! THANK YOU CHRIS for your explanation of color temperature by moving thru the first palette and comparing each color. I get kind of cocky about my color knowledge because I have worked with it and studied it for decades… but NO ONE has ever demonstrated it the way you did! Something just totally clicked for me and I so appreciate it. Lesson for me beside the obvious color insight for the day is to always be open to new things.. because you just don’t know the things you don’t know!"

“Thank you for doing these online classes! I can’t tell you what a blessing it has been! Last year was such a tough year and with most of my usual activities and jobs cancelled I had too much time to be in my head. This has really been a mood booster!!!! Not to mention all that I have learned! I look forward to each lesson and can’t believe how much I improve each week.”
“I’ve had the good fortune to not only learn from Chris Brandley but now I’m blessed to call her friend. Chris is not only an extraordinary teacher, she’s just a very good person! She’s so compassionate with her time and energy. When studying with her she is so willing to help, offer advice and she shares her knowledge selflessly. I’ve followed her to Florida, Italy, and in June we’re going to France for workshops. I’m never disappointed! Each time with Chris, when you pick up your brush, you learn something new. Her use of glorious color is captivating, leaving you wanting more! I would highly recommend Chris Brandley, you won’t be disappointed! I can proudly attest to the fact that I am a Chris Brandley Groupie and I love her!"
“Hi Chris, I just want to let you know how much I appreciate all the hard work you put into making your online lessons! They are so crystal clear and much more easy to follow! I am loving the lesson “Heading Home! Thanks again,”
"You are an amazing artist and teacher. Enjoyed this class so much. Wish it didn't have to end."
