Gothic architecture is one of my favorite styles of architecture, which is partly why Verona, Italy is so intriguing to me! Verona developed over 2,000 years so there are actually quite a variety of styles, however there was a significant earthquake in the 12th C which led to many structures being re-built during this time (Gothic era). I think there's something very special about the combination of ancient architecture and colorful , fresh flowers!
The cradles edges of this painting have subtle raised designs with dark stain, so no frame necessary! There is the option of adding a frame, however, if you desire. (not included).
