What happens when I sign up?
As soon as you register, you will receive an email receipt with a link to the course, and a supply list. I encourage you to order your supplies right away so you will have them when the course opens. (If they don't arrive on time, don't worry, as you will have lifetime access to the course). You will have immediate access to the welcome page with info on course prep, and access to the reference library of bonus material to get you ready to dive into the lessons when they open.
Each week, you will receive an email with a password for the current week's module. Keep the link and passwords in a safe place as you will need it to access the course/lessons. If you don't see an email, check your spam folder. If you still can't locate it, please contact me.
How does the course work?
As soon as the course opens you will have access to the first module, which includes a full length oil painting lesson, a full length acrylic lesson, and bonus material. Modules will unlock with a password each week for 6 weeks (you will receive an email each week with the password).
After they unlock, you will have lifetime access to them so you can work at your own pace! The course is set up so if you need a boost to get working, you can following along week by week for 6 weeks; however, no need to feel pressured or rushed since you have lifetime access!
Can anyone learn to paint or do you have to have artistic talent?
My belief is that if you have a desire to learn and put in the work, you can paint. I always enjoyed art growing up, but I don't feel I had a "natural talent". My passion to paint and desire to improve motivated me to work hard, and practice consistently. If I can do it, so can you!
Will I have enough time?
This course is designed to be digested at your own pace. Once you’re registered, modules will unlock each week for 6 weeks. After they unlock, you will have lifetime access to all of them to work on at your own pace. You can pause the videos, rewind and fast forward as needed. The videos are divided into 2 parts to make them easier to digest. Part one includes the first layer, and part 2 encompasses the second layer, pops of color, and refining.
Are the lessons live?
No. Each exclusive lesson is pre-recorded video that you can watch anytime and anywhere as long as you have high speed internet connection on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. You can pause, re-wind, and fast forward as needed!

My desire for you in this course is that you learn to express loose, impressionistic colorful paintings, and begin to develop your own style. However, each painting taught during the course is copyrighted, and I kindly ask that you don’t exhibit or sell them. You are welcome to donate or gift them!
Is this course for any level?
Yes! If you are a beginner, this is a great time for you to jump in and develop GOOD habits early on. It's much harder to unlearn bad habits. The painting videos show closeups of my palette and I explain every color I use and mix as well as each step I take throughout each painting.
It takes time & a lot of practice to grow in your skills, but you’ll see that there is a blend of information to serve beginners as well as more experienced painters. I give lots of tips, tricks and reminders to help you along the way.
Can I access from any device?
The contents of the course are made with this in mind. Everything can be accessed from desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smart phones. You can even play the videos on your TV screen if you wish.
Can I use Acrylics?
Yes! My demos are in oils, but I give suggestions on medium and acrylics that stay wet longer, as well as color substitutions you can download. You'll also see color conversions on the screen. I've even included an extra, full-length lesson that is demonstrated in Acrylics that you can watch in Module 1. Oil painters can also access this bonus lesson and paint it in oils!
What if I'm not great with technology?
I have made this course as simple as possible to access and use. If you know how to use websites like YouTube and you know how to open documents on your computer / tablet then you’ll have no issues!
I even made some short videos so that you can see how to navigate your way around the course if you’re not 100% confident!
